Reviving some dishes from Tabla, such as rice-flaked halibut in watermelon curry, tamarind margaritas, and bacon naan, but also introducing regional dishes from the breadth and width of the Subcontinent. From Tibetan tingmao, to dishes from the Southern region of Kerela.
